Went to hand in a parcel to send off, turned up a few minutes before 9am, the shop was empty and they were not doing much but they asked me to wait 4 minutes to the correct opening time. We all clock watched, I just left and frankly will go somewhere else to post my packages. I am a regular customer and was appalled by the service this morning.
