I would avoid this company for patio flags, i had a 5 pallets delivered and once we got round to opening them we only managed to get one pallet of usable flags which weren't either damage with cornes broken off, cracks down the slabs or defects in the flags, my honest opinion is that these are factory seconds they are selling at top prices.Very unhelpful when I contacted them, unfortuatly our tradesman had to delay the fitting so the flags have been sat in the crates on our drive for 8 weeks the company accept no responsibility for this as I supposidly had to notify them of any issues with 24 hrs and who within their right mind is going to unpack 5 pallets of flags and risk damaging them before they are laid.

Good choice of products and best price on gravel found locally. Kept us informed of delivery times. Driver was extremely helpful and friendly. Great speedy delivery and product looks great. Fantastic service, we will be ordering again.

Waited 2 months for delivery of paving circle from another supplier, after various excuses - finally requested refund as no sign of orderOrdered with Cheshire Garden Products and received within 2 days - same product, slightly more competitively priced AND great service !!!Will be using them again without doubt - thankyou - already 1/2 laid !!!

Bought some fuchsias from them earlier this year and sent through the post. Never bought plants sent through the post before so was a bit unsure, but they arrived in great condition, planted in pots in the greenhouse and then onto outside tubs, they have turned out amazing and will be buying from them again.

Have ordered twice and both times it’s been quick. Professional and their delivery drivers have been so very helpful if get bulk bags over my fence into the back garden. Can’t recommend them enough

I went to collect 2 bulk bags of gravel the staff were really nice and helpful but after putting them onto my trailer I realised that the tyer pressure was too low on the trailer and got my portable air pump out too put some air in the tyres but the wire wasn't long enough to reach the trailer so I asked one of the staff if I could contact it to a pick-up parked outside and he said he would ask but I could tell by the way he went a bit nervous about it when he said it was the business owners car and true enough when he returned he said the owner would not help and pointed me to the garage a mile down the road so rather than helping he would have someone drive with a trailer that was unsafe and could have caused an accident i find the owner very unhelpful and didn't care about the safety of his customers once he had my money he did not want to know about me I will never be returning there again due to his unhelpful attitude and not caring about my safety if I could have given zero stars I would have

From start to finish an exceptional experience. Fantastic customer service. Helpful friendly staff. Amazing delivery team delivering to a very tricky location.Cannot recommend enough. Will not buy from anywhere else. Blows the competition out of the water. Thanx guys.

Fantastic service! Called with a query and staff were very helpful. Order to delivery was fast. Delivery driver called in advance of delivery and was very friendly. The products have been fantastic and our landscaping project has turned out perfect. Can't fault them, everything was excellent. Thanks so much Cheshire Garden Products :)
