Long Meadow Pet Resort

My dog Blaze stayed there recently, he's been going for the last 4 years. As on previous occasions when I hand him over he pulls the staff to go in, he's a very strong dog. Staff are helpful and polite. On collecting Blaze he always looks fit, healthy and happy. Would always use Longmeadow.. Gives me piece of mind.

We have been using Long Meadow for almost 16 years to look after our dogs and previously cats before they sadly passed away. The facilities there are second to none and the staff are all absolutely fantastic.If you're looking for a place to board your pets then look no further. Look forward to bringing the dogs again soon.

Always nervous about leaving my dogs. My mastiff is a rescue and a grumpy old man. Shouldn't have worried. He trotted off calmly with one of the ladies. The cocker spaniel was her usual nutty self.On collection they had moved the mastiff to a quiet block, and although they weren't housed together the dogs got to see each other during their daily walks. At other kennels they wouldn't walk the mastiff.As we were leaving the mastiff had to get fusses and scratches from the lady who looked after him.This tells me all I need to know.Both dogs were cared for and looked after wonderfully.Highly recommend to everyone

I've used Long Meadow for a previous dog and never had any issues so had no hesitation in sending my new dog there for his first stay and time without us.He's a large, somewhat 'lively' and quite needy dog so I was bit worried but as always the staff have looked after him well and he seemed to be very attached to the person who brought him back to me when I went to collect him which inspires confidence.I had them bath him before collection so he came home looking and smelling fresh.He's already booked in for future stays, I'm confident he will be safe and content, although the staff may not be looking forward to the challenge quite as much.I can highly recommend Long Meadow and will continue to use their services for as long as I own a dog.

We left our nervous dog here for 8 days and I have to say we are very happy. He is a strong staffy cross rescue dog and it's the first time he has been away from us in 3 years. I would like to thank the staff for looking after him. Thank you. Bailey. X

Our 2 dogs Lexie and Bear spent a couple of nights here whilst we were at a wedding. Bear is a little anxious but the woman who greeted us was really friendly and he settled down quickly with her.When we collected them they were both really happy and the staff said they were no problem at all. They even managed to give Bear his medication which he can be funny about taking.Would use again and would definitely recommend!

My little or should I say big Tommy enjoyed his stay at Long Meadow, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The team take great care of the boarders and reassure owners.

Not actually used here yet so hopefully will add another star. Called without appointment but staff happily showed me around. Impressed by the security and the time they take at booking to get to know your dog. Good food choices. Kennels were clean so happy to leave my girl here.
