Paddicks Patch Scout Campsite
A fantastic campsite for scouting and outdoor activities in general. The best part about it for me is all the space that's available, which you can use for whatever you'd like!

Didn't really go here. Just picked my son up from his Cubs but looking around it's a great little place for children to explore the outdoors. Loved it.

Nice camp site, good fire circle and really good adventure course. Friendly on site team. Not to big and good location.

Nice park, open skies, come down in the evening, sit on the picnic benches and watch the planes cruise into Heathrow

The Paddick's Patch campsite is the whole of Norreys Copse, If you use Google View you can see a steel 5 bar gate on the opposite side of the road toWaingels College, That is the entrance to Paddick's Patch. Paddick's Patch itself encompasses all of the green area shown as Norrey's Copse (we unofficially renamed Norrey's Copse to Paddick's Patch in memory of Sidney Paddick who generously donated Paddicks Patch to Loddon Scouts). There is a semi-public footpath following the lake borders from the road to the SE corner of the lake, the path then follows the lake round beside our neighbour's garden and finally goes into Ashenbury Park. The footpath is the fenced off outer boundary and is on the outside of Paddick's Patch Campsite border following the lakeside, unfenced on the lake side. Tough if you fall in! Hope this helps! Colin
