Hi, I would like to say a big thank you to Lloyd south lakes BMW.I came the whole way from Northern Ireland and I have to say that Harry price looked after me from start to finish very professional service, once I arrived I was greeted by Harry and introduced to Tom who done the handover showing me everything about the car X4 pro edition, then I was introduced to the manager who gave me a card and I was aloud to choose a gift from the cabinet very nice indeed.Thank you very much

Sold me a car with an outstanding safety recall and not bothered by it. Not told there was a problem until I received a letter from bmw a few weeks later. If I had known about this issue I would not have bought the car and travelled 4 hours to collect it. Typical dealer take the money and run. Now left with a car I have to take to garage regularly to make sure it won’t catch fire until they can be bothered to replace it again in the future. Thanks

What can I say! Having been let down significantly re my company car order South Lakes BMW (Lloyds) jumped in and sorted me a brand new BMW signed, sealed and delivered in 5 days!!!! This was after I was waiting over 15 months from my original supplier. Jonathan, Ryan and Tom were outstanding, in fact their service and attention was world class, I cannot praise them enough, cannot believe what they did for me. Thank you sincerely. From now on it will be Lloyd Motors that I turn to first. Thank you guys, I sincerely appreciate what you have done for me! Steve

Bought BMW 745 LE X DRIVE over 55k! came all the way from London! When we purchased the car, it was raining because of the rain drips couldn’t see some scratches, probably when they preparing the car done some polishing and scratch the body work. However once we realised called back and explained. They only transferred me £200. They promised to send me rubber mat but instead they send me boot liner, been hybrid also didn’t have charging cable. Still waiting apology, charging cable also solution for the scratches. Please do not let your staff polish the car with the machine….

We purchased a new BMW iX from Lloyd South Lakes and had the best experience ever from the purchase to collection. The car was a 60th birthday present for my dad, and Ben and the Team had decorated the car with balloons, and truly turned the collection of the car into a celebration, it was truly special and I can't recommend highly enough the fantastic job by Ben and the team! Will happily make the trip from London to Lloyd South Lakes for future BMW purchases!
