I wouldn't normally review a fast food restaurant however today the Tortilla staff have been above and beyond. All staff have smiled and chatted even during a busy Monday rush hour and I'm very impressed. Thanks all!

I regularly stop here on my way into or out of London. The food is of a consistently high quality.The staff are usually very good and friendly. Today they were even better than normal...thanks Chiemela! ...if only everyone that we met in life was as cheerful as you!

I actually went here thinking it was Barburrito, but it wasn't. I hadn't tried either so it was a first time. I thoroughly enjoyed the service, the food, and the atmosphere here. The space is very clean and the servers are extremely friendly and they were kind enough to change their gloves to accommodate my halal dietary needs- the chicken is halal.For the price of 10 pounds, including extra guacamole, it was extremely filling and quite hearty.I would definitely recommend this branch and the food here.

A great little find. Fancied something healthy and tasty and this fit the bill. Surrounding eateries seemed more full of those enjoying liquid refreshments with maybe snacks, whereas this looked to be an eating place that offered soft drink and alcohol if preferred. Really tasty, went for the Sunset Combo of 3 tacos, side of tortilla chips with salsa. Pork was tasty and complimented by the guacamole, sweetcorn, tomato, salsa. I don't eat dairy but those that do could have the whole lot smothered in cheese. Warm, welcoming and I just wish we had one local to us.

For somewhere that's essentially fast food, I just say the level of service here is excellent! The team were all very friendly and especially Kavya who was checking that people's food was OK and offering to fetch them more food and drink if they wanted it, rather than queueing up at the till again. Will definitely return!

My go-to vegetarian meal.It's so delicious, very convenient, and has great taste.Highly recommend. Also this place had indoor and outdoor sitting area that makes it more fun.We visited om sunny day and totally enjoyed the vibes of the area.
