Brilliant service! The guy from CMK shopping Centre was so kind & helpful. He made every effort to make sure I was happy with my glasses. He even came to my house to deliver them as I was unable to get out. He allowed me a whole week without payment to get used to them & only then asked for an update. I have happily paid him & am delighted with my purchase. I would recommend this respectful, friendly & professional chap without hesitation. I will also be buying from him again in the future.

Absolutely superb service! They give individualised attention to help to choose the right frame and lens. Quick turnaround times with text updates. And prices really can't be beaten either.I purchased 2 transitions glasses new gen and very satisfied.Highly recommend!

I have to say that for many years I have not received such perfect service . I received my glasses by post just 10days after visiting the store .Such an efficient service from day one .so pleased with glasses which were a fraction of the cost I’m used to paying . Well done Hassan

Just to drop a great feedback/review for my new glasses!I’m a very happy customer indeed as the service by Hassan was amazing and he was very knowledgeable about the glasses. I got even two frames for free just because I’ve orders my verifocal lenses.The first one was with thiner corridors and then I’ve ordered with wider corridors. It was Nova plus 3.0.I prefers the wider option as I didn’t have to move my reading object back and forth as there was no more gap in the middle.I would like to recommend iShades for being so great with their customers and I’ve got also a free glasses chain and glasses cover holders!Can’t be happy more than that;)Thank you Hassan and I will be back!

Hassan was great from start to finish, very helpful and no pressure on the prospective customer to purchase. Will definitely use him again as I have now purchased two pairs of varifocal glasses. From ordering to collection was exactly one week in March 2023. I love them and the cost was literally the equivalent of buy one get one free, compared to other high street lenders with my prescription. With the current cost of living crisis and me needing new glasses, I’m extremely pleased I found I-Shade in CMK.

Had my rimless frame fitted with new lenses but it was causing me headaches due to the narrow corridor for the vary focal prescription. Hassan (iShade) persevered with getting the right size lens until the problem was solved. Would recommend him anytime
