This used to be a lovely place to get pampered. USED TO BE!! Last time that I ever go to lookers, after they attacked my eyebrows, I left with mid shaped brows, & had to buy an eyebrow pencil to fit in gaps where they'd attacked my brows. I strongly recommend going any where but Lookers Hereford

Awful treatment from start to finish on two occasions, because I made the mistake of paying a second visit (just in case the first time happened to be a bad day). Very unwelcoming, cold therapist, I’d go as far as completely rude. I found everything rushed and felt extremely unfriendly. I couldn’t wait to leave.
