First class service from start to finish. From my initial phone call with Gary and then all my communications with my Party Wall Award Surveyor, Paul Dennis, I cannot fault this company.A messy Party Wall Award from the outset meant I was under a lot of stress and had many questions. The patience of Paul Dennis was superb. He took my many phone calls and explained the process in detail throughout; ensuring I was updated at each step.I would say Paul went above and beyond his role in assisting me and I cannot thank him enough. He kept me level headed when things were getting too much. He listened when I needed somebody to listen and he worked with me to get the Party Wall Award produced in a good time.Should I ever require the services of a surveyor again I would not hesitate in using this company. Prices are competitive with other surveyors but the service is second to none! Thank you Paul for all you have done.
