This is one of the worst dental clinics I’ve been to. Unprofessional, lazy and unorganised. They fob you off and waste your time, give you no treatment and keep delaying your appointments. My mums been trying to get tooth extraction and dentures now for over 3months. They keep telling her they’ll refer her but have never bothered getting back to her. She’s in pain and in desperate need for dental care. Her appointment was at 9am, we arrived before 9am, they spent 30mins making tea and playing with the radio. When her dentist Anju Nair finally saw her, she was completely unprepared, didn’t even have the computer working or her records up.A clinic this badly run, I highly doubt they have the expertise or ability to perform any dental procedure to any UK government standard.I personally would never want to be treated by these people!

Have been going here for a number of years since moving to the Fallowfield area, the service from the dental professionals is fantastic and can't fault it but the receptionist's attitude really does sour the experience for me. Especially as I have anxiety issues and am not a massive fan of the dentist anyway. She doesn't exactly put me at ease and seems to constantly have a bee in her bonnet. Having read the other reviews, it does seem I'm not the only one who thinks this... Tis a real shame and can see why this puts people off coming here. Even if you don't like someone you can be professional and polite rather than sour and passive aggressive? Makes me shudder just thinking about it...

Been attending my dentist for many a year. Anju is by far the best dentist I have had my treatment off in all that time. She is so professional and has a calming aura about her . I would definitely recommend her to any new patients

Dentist extremely good, receptionists very rude especially the main one, insulting and dealt with no manners or respect. I just had my dentist appointment today and explained to them that I paid my initial examination fee already and also paid my deposit as per your request with receipts, receptionist did not bother seeing my receipts and insulted me with another staff member in front of other patients and told me to go outside we are closed for lunch and shut the door on my face and put down the shutters because I proved them wrong as they got payment details wrong. My receipts proved that I made payment as well as my bank statements but the receptionist had her own ideas saying I’m going with what’s on the system not your receipts. That’s funny your receipts with your business address and logo with payments details, date, time and you’re not accepting your own receipts of my payments? The 2 ladies insulted me, shouting and being disrespectful as I was telling them to look at the receipts, they wouldn’t even look at the receipt and said you need to pay another fee for the examination, tried telling them look at the receipt I paid already for the examination fee. So much rudeness was shown by these receptionists and through me out of the dentist while others were sitting and only telling me that were closed for lunch and come after lunch. I told them please take a look at my receipts but they did not even bother to look at it. I felt racially abused as I was in my muslim clothing, both were staff was English. I felt racially abused because I was the only Muslim women in the practice being forced to leave the practice while all other 4 patients were english and sitting in the reception, rude receptionist opened the door just for me and said in a rude aggressive voice to go outside and shut the shutters down on me while other 4 English patients were still inside, staff were wrong and they abused and disrespected me while I was trying to show them the receipts.Same receptionist I had paid my examination fee by face and few weeks later deposit so she must have known that I have came few times making the payments but didn’t want to accept her error. 5 minutes later she called my husband with no apology and said the dentist did not update the system so she that’s why they it’s not on the system, so how are you now okay with the correct amount now? If there’s a receipt then it’s on your system, you just wanted more money from me, so now Just like that you accept my calculation after kicking me out of the practice? I am now going to speak to all my friends and family as many are registered with this practice and now they will stop going and you will lose a lot of business by 5 already accepting not to give your practice any business as you receptionist are so rude and disrespectful! My and my friends and family can spend money elsewhere.

Left a good review around 2 years ago but my mind has drastically changed. Today I had the most confusing dentist appointment I’ve experienced! The lady didn’t have the right x-ray attachment for my mouth. It was an emergency appointment so I expressed I was in a lot of pain. She prescribed antibiotics which I stressed wouldn’t be enough in the evening as the pain keeps me up at night. She seemed very confused and told me to take paracetamol and ibuprofen, something that doesn’t work for me as I suffer with migraines. I was then charged for the appointment when I’m booked in Tuesday for a check-up, meaning I’d then have to pay for my checkup excluding the prescription.My previous dentist was Danny, who may I add made every appointment easy and knowledgeable. I am now leaving this practice and hoping to find someone as good as Danny!

I've been a patient of this dental practice for many years, and they've always been good. The dentist Daniel Maddison is kind and caring, and most importantly doesn't try and push you into having treatments you don't need.It's quite a small practice, so there isn't a lot of room in the waiting room. Also, I overheard one of the receptionists telling someone on the phone that they aren't taking on new NHS patients any more, so be aware of that. They still offer their existing NHS patients care, and take on new private patients too.One small negative, they don't unlock the door until 9am on the dot, so if you have an appointment at 9am, expect to stand outside in the rain!
