Great experience! I got my bike brake pads replaced, quick turnaround and reasonably priced. The staff seem very professional and knowledgeable, would come again:) big thank you! Also appreciate how clear the communication was and they called ahead of time to say give a quote how much it would cost and when it would be fixed/ when to collect.

Excellent service all round, competent polite and enthusiastic . Matt has worked on many of my bikes over the years. He's built wheels for me , serviced shocks and carried out general services . All work was to an excellent standard. The best bike shop I have used .Do not confuse this shop with one that used to be on the same premises, as one other reviewer has.

These guys serviced my Falcon Explorer commuter bike a couple of months ago, and it's still running like a dream.They gave me a quote that was accurate within 0.01%, and we able to undertake some extra work not included in the original quote.Turnaround was quick as bike services go, despite a full overhaul and various parts needing to be ordered it was around a week.Attention to detail was magnificent, tyre logos lined up with valves, and they'd even swapped the pesk imperial measurement nuts over to metric to make my life easier in the future.Thoroughly fantastic, thanks guys!

My gear cable snapped on the way to work and I was really lucky to be within limping distance of this shop. The owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous of spirit getting straight on with fixing it to get me on the road again minutes after arriving, despite at least 5 bikes arriving for planned works. I applaud and thank you Bike Man, you totally saved the day, and not at an extortionate rate either. Will definitely be coming back!

Popped in to get a new chain, asked the guy behind the register to take a peek at my gears. He diagnosed a broken cable and fixed it immediately. Quick, easy, and cheap. Highly recommend this bike shop!
