Lovely surgery. Waiting times for appointments aren't too bad and are great with emergencies. I've been coming here with my children for years. Receptionist are very welcoming, kind and caring and know who I am. Great all round service.

Superb visit today with Dr Khayam Rasool. Like many people, I find a trip to the dentist to be stressful. Dr Rasool was excellent - he explained what he was doing in a calm and friendly manner which helped put me at my ease. Top rate professional care throughout the examination. The receptionists and assistant were also a pleasure to deal with - friendly, efficient and courteous. I still don't like going to the dentist - but this practice is excellent.

Hi,Saw a lovely dentist here today, his name is Dr. Khayam Rasool, and his dental assistant was called Jessica Lunn. They are both extremely nice. They had excellent bedside manners. They were both friendly & informative. If you're ever feeling apprehensive about visiting a dentist they are perfect for you. I left there in no pain & a spring in my step. Thank you for so a wonderful service, it is really appreciated.

I have been going to this dentist now for over 15 years. Excellent service every time. Camilla my dentist is a true professional, she is very polite and understanding. I just had a emergency root canal treatment, the receptionists got me in quickly and then even rang me within the week when they had a cancellation. Camilla did a professional job. I always feel calm when I come to the dentist.

I know not everybody has a positive experience but I must say I think we must have the best dental practice in the Midlands because from our families point of view we get nothing but 100% plus help, service and support from all the staff at this practice. I think if they could introduce an online service like we have at the doctors that can only further improve a otherwise faultless practice.

Its a really good practice, veey caring and thorough but they tend to run 30 to 45 mins late. When your 5 mins late they embarressing say that they will have to ask the dentist if its still ok to see you, yet when your sat there for 30 mins no one says anything....this could be better.
