Excellent results! Jacqui was professional and able to convey key points pertinent to why I wanted to stop smoking. I fell asleep during the last stage of the session and felt that I wouldn't have heard or retained what she was saying and as such, I would be sparking up in my car on the way home. How wrong was I!I genuinely don't feel the need for a cigarette, I don't feel cheated when around others that smoke, no cravings or replacements, so no vapes or patches etc. It really is as if I have never smoked. I am now into week 6 with no issues. Highly recommend. In fact I really should be on a commission the amount of people I have recommended Jacqui to!!
