A very good recycling centre with helpful staff. Ideally this should all be on one level, and bigger ... sadly it is not.Access to the recycling skips is to drive up a steep ramp and then to throw your recycling products over a small barrier into the skips. Also some recycling e.g. rubble, glass, electrical, are downstairs.The centre could be bigger (it is very popular). Access is poor as the roads on the industrial estate are very narrow and lined with car repair businesses near the recycling centre.Ideally this very good centre could be brilliant if there were some extra investment possible (the WCC Refuse Depot is next door). Sadly in the current climate such investment is unlikely.RECOMMENDED.

Good well organised recycling centre. There was a big queue when we arrived but it quickly went down. Everyone seemed to move pretty quickly and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Have been visiting this recycling centre for many years. Overall my experiences have been positive, the staff do their best under sometimes difficult circumstances as the centre is too cramped. If you choose the time of your visit carefully the queue is usually only 2 or 3 vehicles.

DIY recycling centre. Drive in, offload and recycle. And free!

I have been impressed by the staff at Salisbury. I have found them courteous, friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hours are long and the weather can be foul, but they still have to be there and manage to maintain smiles. I am surprised to read the numerous bad reviews on the FCC web - but most of them reflect poor management. The Salisbury teams at the coal-face are an exception to the norm. Well done guys and girls - keep up the high standards - your efforts are appreciated.

My car broke down just before closing time today (Saturday 17 September) what a nightmare. But what a fantastic and helpful group of people were working there. They tryed everything from pushing, jumpstarting but no joy. But it wad a joy to have there help. Credit to them all many thanks

In 15 years I've never had a problem using the facility. Often there are queues at peak times but that is inevitable. Staff are generally very helpful.

Always had a very good quality of service from whomever is on duty, friendly, helpful and keeps the flow moving, I find this recycling center easier to unload as your above the containers rather than with others you have to climb steps. The site is kept clean.
