Well it was Friday 13th!The few grubby pillows on display did not match the limited selection (choice of 3) all firm in stock.Hardly any staff, place pretty empty (even food hall.) Do I see a White Elephant approaching?

Always busy and most of the time people are quite rude to wheelchair users most of the spaces between clothes make it hard to turn and navigate.

Poor signage. Dirty cafe. Stinky toilets. Needs renovation. Huge store that's well stocked. Probably would avoid in future.

Pleased with my purchase but found when I got home that the security tag was still on my item. Called customer service who told me to take it to my local store to have tag removed. Not happy.

A very large shop with such a large selection! I've had issues with M&S stores in the past with lack of staff on the shop floor but this store never disappoints, with plenty of staff available to help, even during the busy new year season. There was a man walking around promoting the M&S card and was very polite, and though I was not personally interested he did come across wonderfully and did not persist with me further than letting me know what it was and to find him if I wanted to know more. Again very polite, I believe his name was Stephen but I am not sure. All in all a great store and the (personal) best Marks and Spencer's I have visited

Has to be 5stars for me .!! There are at least 2main entrances from the car park into this store . Both of them are easily accessed from a number of disabled bays in the section of car park you find yourself ! The main doors slide open as you approach and then inside there is a second set of sliding doors leading onto the shop floor . The store is signposted throughout and the food part of the store itself is in a section of the main store.So you can shop without having to leave the store at all.The store is well laid out and has ample room for wheelchairs.There is also a cafe which was quite busy !!Access to downstairs is by escalator or a choice of two lifts . The toilets are down here too and there is lots of space . I didn’t have time to finish the lower ground floor so will post that later

One of the Marks & Spencer's flagship stores. All clothing very well presented throughout the store with good spacing between aisles. Excellent home and food sections. The usual high standard of drinks and snacks that you can expect in a M&S cafe. Large car park.
