Primrose Guesthouse
The Artisan Boutique Hotel was a masterpiece in itself. The hotel was adorned with exquisite artwork and sculptures, creating an immersive artistic experience. Our room was elegantly designed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was knowledgeable about the local art scene and provided great recommendations for galleries. A stay here is a must for any art enthusiast.

Please do not use my address in connection to your house. As you know I used to be The Gardens Guesthouse but as you were very jealous of my successful business I let you carry on with yours, using all of my ideas! Please amend any website that has my address on it - as I have nothing to do with your address or business!

Primrose Guesthouse
I stayed at the Primrose Guesthouse in May 2023 and had a wonderful experience! Lekha is so welcoming and was always around if I needed anything. The guestroom had plenty of space for a multi-day stay and the bathroom had everything you need. A full English breakfast, along with fruit and snacks, are available each day. The Belsize Park area is also great - very safe, quiet and with many lovely cafes and restaurants. A 5-7 minute walk from the tube station and also walking distance to Hampstead Heath and Camden Town. Highly recommend Primrose Guesthouse and will definitely be back next time I'm in London - thank you, Lekha!Warm regards from Canada, Annette

Primrose Guesthouse
This townhouse is lovely and in a great location. Lehka is a fantastic hostess and very kind and accommodating. I looked forward to breakfast every morning and relaxing in my quiet room every evening. If/when I return to London, I will definitely book the Primrose Guest House again.

Primrose Guesthouse
Wonderful location, close to Primrose Hill and Regency Park, London Zoo and Camden Market. The tube stop is a few blocks away in a sweet neighborhood, and we got to the city center in less than 20 minutes. Lots of small grocery stores and good restaurants. Lehka made sure we had a good breakfast each morning, and we loved getting to talk with her and guests from around the world before heading out for a day of adventure.

I had a very pleasant 3 night stay here and will return if the opportunity presents itself. My room was well appointed, clean, quiet and Lehka helped me with my luggage without hesitation and she continued to have a can do attitude throughout my stay.Much to my surprise I was offered a full English breakfast by Newton the first morning and it was delicious. Vegan options also available as well as fruit, yogurt and pastry.Location was important for me as my daughter was nearby and I knew there were plenty of places to eat/shop. Hampstead Heath is a short walk away and Belsize Park metro around the corner.Despite the abundance of retail, the street is residential and quiet.Enjoy!

Lekha is an amazing host! Had a 4 days stay at Primrose and it was wonderful! Clean and lovely rooms and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you Lekha for everything and especially for being so kind to us ❣️

Primrose Guesthouse
This was our first time in London and were very glad we stayed at Primrose Guesthouse. Lekha was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean, and Belsize Park itself was charming. Cooked breakfast was a great way to start the day of lots of walking around London. The view from the breakfast room too was wonderful.The guesthouse is a quick walk to the Tube and also a nice stroll to Regent's Park. Getting all around London from here was a breeze.We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Primrose Guesthouse
My stay here was awesome. We stayed in London for 1 week and booked with Primrose Guest house for 4 days 3 nights. It was very walkable if you are taking the tube to get around which we did, Lekha made us a delicious breakfast in the morning and there were snacks in the kitchen if you get hungry. If I ever visit London again I will surely stay at this guesthouse it had everything we needed. Clean, quiet and fair price.
