I always receive outstanding attention from these guys,it’s one of the reasons I travel past at least six other franchised dealers in my own area to reach them and that speaks volumes.This visit was a unscheduled repair for a tyre pressure monitoring fault and with a quick phone call a last minute while you wait booking was secured.All was dealt with in a swift manor including a new mot.I always feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble and I might also add that whilst waiting for my car in their comfortable reception area this was not just my experience listening to other owners coming in and being greeted and accommodated in the same mannerWell done and please keep it up!

The standard of service you'd expect from a Jaguar dealer (but don't always get these days).The car was picked up at the appointment time, by a polite and professional chap, returned the following day, serviced and thoroughly clean. A very professional video assessment of the general condition by the mechanic doing the work, with friendly, not too pressured, advice on additional work they recommend.Absolutely 5* service.My compliments to all involved.

The welcome team are very friendly and courteous, looking after you very well, making you feel at home immediately, with a nice hot drink of your choice.Sacha, in the service department is truly fantastic. She is very well organised, efficient and not only makes you feel welcome, but you know you are in safe hands with her. She is a true asset to the company.The vehicle was delivered by Karl/Carl. I was advised that some additional work was advised and given a price, which I thought was high.Since I was going on holiday the next day I asked if they could consider giving me a more competitive quote, the lady said she would send me one the next day.I have not heard from them again.

Service at Jaguar Ascot(Bracknell) is excellent. They always honour the appointments and provide all the information you need. Coffee and biscuits and TV provided. Also taxi home if needed. Good explanation of any follow up actions required.

My original booking had been with Lookers Battersea, they failed to keep the appointment, Sytner were a stark, competent, accountable and efficient welcome contrast.

Fantastic experience all down to the amazing service team.Special mention to Hayley and Sacha who kept me updated and the lovely Kathy who made me feel so welcome, she even provided me with my own office so I could work from their premises whilst I waited.
