Berry Chiswick BMW & MINI

I recently purchased a new car from Mirel at BMW Chiswick and had an outstanding experience. The staff there were incredibly friendly, providing prompt and insightful responses to all my questions. They were true to their word in every aspect of the transaction, which is a rare quality to find in car sales. The overall service was excellent, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new vehicle. I highly recommend Mirel to anyone in the market for a new car — their customer care and integrity are exceptional.

I was given a sales receipt to which states the vehicle would be ready on 29th March but then I was told it would be be 31st March, but then I received an email confirmation for an appointment to collect on 30th March, so i called but was told it would be 31st March so i asked for a morning collection due to my busy schedule, the sales agent said he would call me first thing in the morning. he did not do so and so I had to call the showroom and passed around to different people like an dpd package until I got my answer. I finally collected it.The team just needs to work on optimising their work flow with better communication tools. When I did pick up the vehicle, both Nims and Melissa were very professional and pleasant.

Overall the Mini service experience was very quick and efficient I was really impressed !I have to say when I dropped off my Mini the experience was underwhelming and I felt there was little interest in helping me collect the EV Mini that I had arranged to test drive, I walked over to your Sales dept thinking the BMW Mini. Service was pretty poor and more in line with what I would get from Ford or a mass retailer….. I was pretty sad to be honest and I thought BMW Mini service had gone down the pan !When I arrived over at your Sales dept the service was like night and day, offered a drink, welcomed with a smile, the team were engaging, funny and friendly it was a great experience and I enjoyed visitingI don’t expect red carpet treatment just a smile and a feeling that your team in service are interested in me and want to helpWhen I collected my MIni from service the two different team members I met were great it was just the team I dropped off with who were not interested and not welcoming.Thanks v much

Appalling customer service! Our attempt to book a test drive turned into an absolute nightmare. The representative assigned to us took an eternity to respond, and when he finally did, he only managed to secure a time slot after an unnecessary delay. Despite confirming our availability, we were left in the dark after Allan, the representative, went off the grid for several days. When we contacted the branch for assistance, they were utterly unhelpful, claiming no one else could confirm the status of our test drive in Allan's absence.On the day of the scheduled test drive, Allan surfaced, revealing that he was still scrambling to locate an I4 model. Apparently, the car wasn't available during the initially booked time the week before. Despite our urgent request for an update to manage our schedule, we were met with complete silence. The 2:00 pm test drive appointment came and went without a word on whether the car was available. This entire ordeal was an egregious waste of our time! Steer clear of this branch - their customer service is nothing short of atrocious.

PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH!! issues with the car which they didn't not CARE! OVER 2 months and still not sorted! Simon Medcalf stated the car could not be returned but trading standards states a faulty car can be returned!!! After knowing it can be returned. I was not offered my car back as they wanted to sell it for profit! only paid the equity I am in a loss, I am without a car. i was the one suffering on the motorway. I do not hope this happens to anyone!

Rocco Don has been great.I first dealt with him in September, (by chance!) and he has kept in touch, taken all the time with me to really get a deep understanding of my needs.He called me on Saturday once he had the perfect car and I should be collecting keys soon.Thank you Rocco for your professionalism.

We have just purchased an approved used Mini Countryman from Berry Chiswick. We were helped by Gareth Roberts who was excellent. Our initial contact was quick and efficient. He spent a lot of time with us going over the car and its features. He was friendly and supportive and did his job building a rapport with us extremely well. His manager was also helpful and we were able to agree a deal that hopefully left both parties satisfied. The car was well presented and I think a fair price. I would certainly recommend this dealer and the excellent sales staff who were all friendly and helpful.
