Fantastic home, fantastic staff. I have the pleasure of working with the most amazing bunch of people. Caring, compassionate and extremely resilient. The past 2 years have been terribly hard for everyone, but the staff at The Forge continue to provide first class care and support to everyone - residents, families and their colleagues.I am very proud to be part of an exceptional team and would like to say thank you to each and every one of them.Gill - Registered Manager.

My father was in this Home no communication at all. We had more stress than when when he was at home with carers. We had meetings which management did not attend they just hid in the background. As a family we saw my dad was not being cared for and eventually moved him. Being in this Home caused us stress and anxiety we were just waiting for calls all the time. He deteriated from the time he went in there , also there were no management available on weekends. It was a shambles.I would not recommend this home to anyone.

Really unsettled home bad atmosphere between staff don't expect to see staff at each others throats upsetting to me that my mum's got to see this on a daily basis

My mother has been here for the last 6 years. Friendly staff, always made to feel welcome. Mum is as happy as she can be with Alzheimers and cared for exceptionally well.
