Heatwave Fireplaces T/A Warmerways

Had my limestone surround and nickle fire fitted today, absolutely made up with the service from start to finish. Lots of choice in the showroom including mirrors to choose from, finally settled on one and a mirror. George and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful with all the questions i had. Alan and Alan arrived as expected on time, cleaned up as much as possible and assisted to put the mirror up aswell as fit the fire. Outstanding service im so grateful:) Highly recommended.

We bought our burner as part of an extension build on our house. We were very impressed by Phil when we purchased our PVR vision and the team even managed to bring our installation in earlier as the build was ahead of schedule. I have to say, I wasn’t too impressed with the survey. Initially the fella messaged he was in the area but we weren’t in so we had to reschedule- later we found he’d wondered in the garden to have a look as it was a building site. The installation came and the parts weren’t quite right as the location of the fire was needing to miss a joist. I’d sent all the pictures/ measurements to the fitter but still wasn’t right. He came back the next day which when you’ve planned a week on deliveries of kitchens, furniture and other trades, it’s not ideal. Once fitted, within two weeks we had an issue with the latch. We raised it and was told it was a “safety feature”. So much so we couldn’t shut the door At first as we couldn’t work out what was the problem and the fire was roaring with a two year old - it was a heart in mouth moment. We rang Charlton and Jenrick who sent a lousy YouTube telling us to do it ourselves in which we tried, failed and damaged the paintwork. Not ideal when you spend nearly £6k and think you’re buying the best. We rang Warmerways (now the fella has left) and he said that they couldn’t do anything about it. We were having to damage the paintwork to make the door shut every time it happened which was so disheartening. We are now 7 months down the line, still waiting for it to be fixed after calling Warmerways and saying we couldn’t go on any longer with it- Phil came out and said C&J needed to sort in which we said the paintwork needed to be sorted too. 2 weeks later we missed their call and then rang back to be told we could have an appt the next day. I asked about the rectifying of paintwork because of the issue and the attempt by us to fix it and they said they knew nothing about it. I’ve rang Warmerways and pending an answer. When you buy something off a retailer regardless if they are 100% at fault, you associate the two brands together. Overall, I’m so gutted and wished I’d not bought the burner and went somewhere else. I feel so deflated and gutted and for something that we’d always wanted, the spark / excitement of putting it on isn’t there. If I had the option, I’d return it tomorrow, get my hard earned cash back and buy another one.

Super display of gas and electric fires and fireplaces within the showroom, of which I purchased one to replace our old unit, although the showroom is a little awkward to drive to and park...especially if disabled.

I am so happy with my new fire. It looks amazing, no mess and I only had to paint due to my old fire being taller. Highly recommended and the fitter was fantasticThank youCarol Kaye

Fairly decent size store and great staff, me and my partner came in looking for a stove and purchased a very good one with marble surround and slate chamber and hearth, the store staff were kind and super helpful.The installer though, I have no idea why this installer was the way he was but he honestly was dreadful and because he was a sub contractor I think it's good to put his company hereKelly gas services LtdAfter there was a mix up with the chamber the installer became very rude and started being fairly aggressive, but after the install was done and everything was in it looked great, but, we as a customer had to pay the sub contractor separately this was made aware to us so it was fine, it was truly shocking that he was bold enough to say he wouldn't leave the property until he's paid.Extremely aggressive and a terrible attitude, its a shame really because apart from the installer the whole thing was greatBe wary though if you decide to go with this company you will have to deal with the left over rubble and rubbish, I got a local company to pick it up for £50 but you might have a large carGood place to buy stove, installer let it down

I've had to give 1 star but basically avoid this place. Fantastic sales patter thought they were great but they misold us the fire, thought we were getting a remote control but ended up with a slider. When it was fitted we made 11 calls to complain about the misold fire, the poor plaster finish around the fire, the condition they left our driveway and the blood left on the front door. They continued to fob us off with I'll get someone to phone you back. We ended up paying someone else to rectify the mistakes this company made.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Great service from start to finish. We are really happy with our purchase and the installers were fantastic. Would definately recommend.

Love my new fireplace, it's been one year since it was fitted so it's a bit late for this review . This is probably the best thing I've done with my money, beautiful fireplace and the installation was was first class great local company, well done warmerways .

Excellent service start to finish. Very friendly and communicative, made my vision come to life perfectly and allowed me freedom in choosing my products. Very efficient on the job and a high quality finish with filling/caulking/replaced skirting.
