We were the first company Chris Blunt signed up when he began his journey into self employment. We have had a wonderful relationship for over 14 years and we only parted company early this year when we finally migrated to a laptop with a view to retirement. No server etc etc and felt we were now probably small fry for them.Unfortunately for us that has just highlighted how great they were and how awful other people can be.We have just had a crisis and despite them not supporting us anymore they have got on with it and resolved the issue.A first rate company that anyone thinking of looking for support should definitely consider.

Very fast service. Straight through to an advisor, Ben, who was kind and courteous to a struggling OAP. So many help lines make you wait for many minutes before speaking to an actual person, this service was a real treat. Very glad there was no awful music as well.
