Very polite and friendly team, perfect location in the heart of Blackburn. Enjoyed my Chaii (for all the Chaii connoisseurs - this is the best spot in town!) and samosa chaat, donuts were super fresh and tasty. Brilliant utilisation of space, as well as convenience with the drive thru service! Fabulous atmosphere and such a great range of food and drinks, would highly recommend

This place is just amazing! I come to Chaaye Paani all the time and find that the staff here make it a personal mission to make the customers feel welcome. They interact with us and are such a good laugh. The food here is perfect the kebab rolls are just something else. I have been to a few of the other chai places in Blackburn and can honestly say this place tops them in every way. The milkshakes are probably the best in Blackburn. And anyone who has tried the donuts know that no one is doing donuts like them. I would recommend this place to my friends and family any day! This time I had the fresh orange juice

This place is the best chai place in Blackburn. The customer service is great. The tea and food is amazing. I love to bring my family here for tea and snacks. They do an amazing milkshake.

Visited CP today and had to try the new brownies and ice cream dessert. Definitely worth a try as the brownies were nice and fresh and had the perfect amount of chocolate in them. The vanilla ice cream that comes with it is my personal favourite too. Also got the brownie fondue for my sister and she loved it. Always get food and desserts from this place and it never ever disappoints.

First time trying CP and got to say it was amazing , hot fresh doughnuts and the BEST milkshakes , fantastic communication and even had a little message to inform me I was receiving complimentary doughnuts , Thankyou soooo much and see you soon for more treats

Been to this place quite a lot over the last 6 months and I have to say it does not disappoint me ever. The staff are great and the food is quality. The best thing is they are always adding new things to the menu for instance about 3 months ago they added the Breakfast Bun which is so amazing and now they have just gone and added a whippy ice cream machine like the one from maccys and the milkshake that they produce are probably the best in Blackburn I would highly recommend chaaye paani to all my friends and family.So final noteTry the milkshakes, gulab jamun and ice cream and breakfast bun you will not be disappointed.Visited again today and my opinion on this place has not changed….also anyone from Blackburn tell me a better drink than the Blue Nimbu Paani?? Next level

A lot of parking space to start with. Samosa Chat and Channa chat were the best. Loved it. Pink Kasmiri tea was below average.Staff was lovely and helpful.

Me and my friend visit this place frequently. This cafe is amazing. The food is always great. The staff are 10/10. We love the milkshakes here they make a proper milkshake thick and creamy with proper flavours.I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have visited this place on many occasions at it never disappoints me. The milkshakes lately after they purchased the new ice cream machine are something else nice thick milkshakes no need to go to Archie’s now for a milkshake. The customer service at this place in the evening is brilliant. Keep it up guys
