Great shop. Lovely guy replaced battery. Watch stopped but had no problem having it replaced under the lifetime warranty

BAD service.Had 2 keys cut, neither worked properly.The keys were both notchy in the lock & one broke in the lock.Took the keys back he adjusted one, which is still notchy & refused to replace the broken one.He became rude & obstructive in the shop when I highlighted how poor the service was.This man should learn how to do his job properlyPLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.There are 2 other key cutters in Mansfield ... I would take my business there.The man who works here needs to work on his personal skills & learn how to do his job.

Amazing shop took my dads bike boots to be resoled on the off chance as I had been told they couldn't be done from the last place I took them. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much

Darren could not of helped me anymore then he did! Went into Arnold store they said cannot cut this key as it’s a master main door to block. Darren sorted me the key without any issue. 5 star service!Absolutely amazing!Will only use Mansfield from now on.

Wouldn't even give it one star. Missed a parcel drop off got told to pick it up from this timpsons looked online for opening hours. States open till 5:30 so jumped in the car and popped down got there at 5:13 all lights off and some chubby bloke sat behind the counter checked on the door which again stated it was open till 5:30 tapped on the door and was given a shoulder shrug along with a look of disgust for my effort as if I was asking him to go out of his way and keep the shop open till the time stated on the door and the Web. Wouldn't bother with this place plenty of others about.
