Simart Window Films

Disappointed with this company. We gave them instructions with photographs of the window panes that we needed the film on, an inside window of a secondary glazing unit, the fitters fitted the film on the external window without checking with us. When initially spoken to about this the company told us that they would come back and replace the film but then 4 weeks later argued they had done nothing wrong and that we hadn't been clear enough and so wouldn't replace the film. They even put the phone down on me!
