I love the prices and choices available from ICS. Especially, it's your one-stop cash and carry for all your needs, especially if you'rebulk buying. I particularly like the wide variety of frozen foods.The store is very friendly and staff are always helpful and welcoming.

This place is a serious safety hazard. The warehouse is an open plan area where customers can walk around. The products are stacked on pallets as high as 30ft. It was an extremely scary feeling walking beneath them. God forbid if one of those pallets fell. Customers should not have access to this area.

ICSCATER CHOICE cash and carry.What a massive shop and good price.But not organised. Looks messy.I been there 2/3 times. Staff are helpful though I do not like how they organised the stuff. It’s hard to find the thing you are looking for. Comparing to others cash and carry Price is okay.And they have loads of item what is very good for the merchants.Usually it is good place for the Restaurant and takeaway business owner who do their shopping from cash and carry. Good for other groceries as well.They do chicken and vegetables also.Today I was looking for some vegetables but I found only few items left there what made me very upset. Then I had have to go to other cash and carry.Anyway still we are lucky enough to having big cash and carry in our local.Yes , their services are friendly what I have to mention.

Very disappointed with the knowledge of the staff. I regularly get the leaflets through the post and like to phone in the check product availability and product information before I go as they are much further than my usual suppliers. On numerous occasions I had been advised that they had the product in stock, but when I arrived in store I was then told they had sold out (within 30 minutes of me calling). This has happened more than once. It is obvious that the staff cannot be bothered to check and just fob customers off with incorrect information.My latest encounter involved making an enquiry about a certain product and once again when I arrived in store, the product did not match the information that I was given over the phone (another wasted journey!!). Why is this happening ICS? You're a large supplier, why are your staff providing customers with false information and wasting customers time?!

To all class 1 drivers please be aware!!! I turned up early to be told I had to wait on the main road 1 hour 40 mins out on the main road I waited with just 17 pallets to be tipped then took their time tipping me I arrived at 13:05 left at 16:40. Absolutely taking the p#$$.

Horrible place for class 1 drivers to offload. Stay far away as you can. Told to wait outside until a bay becomes free. Arrived at 11:30, my booking time was 14:00. At 13:00 I got told I was next on the bay but they refused to put me on and kept putting other drivers before me on the bay whilst I’d been waiting the longest…… worst thing was I spoke to drivers before me who didn’t even have a booking time but still they got seen before I did !!!

Delivery here on a regular basis. Good set of lads. They’ll always help if they can
