Space2B at The Maltings

Our office has been located within this building for almost 3 years and overall we have nothing but positive experiences to report. The building is always clean, there are regular fire tests and we can see that the general building and communal areas are well maintained and safety is a high priority. There are lots of 'break out' areas for times when we need conversations with staff outside of our small office. The building management teams are active in arranging extra events and activities for tenants - from Yoga, to Mental Health workshops to Competitions and General Networking events, with free food & drink. Reception staff are always helpful and polite and react quickly when there have been any problems.

Been operating out of the Maltings for just over a year now and is such a brilliant place to work.Staff are very well mannered and friendly (especially the receptionists) and also have parking for staff plus a gym too.

Great location to have communal offices at - a huge car park, gym, showers, coffee shop and use of a communal kitchen. Plenty of meeting rooms for when you need them and having support from a lovely bunch of staff from reception to cleaning has been very helpful. Only downside is depending on where you are in the building mobile phone reception can be poor.

Worked here for 5 years +. Upsized offices 7 times, plenty of space, always helpful. Gym, refreshments, parking, close to city center & Cardiff Bay. 5*

I have the pleasure of experiencing a truly exceptional office space with a team of incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The office itself is impressive, with spacious and well-designed workspaces, and top-notch amenities. They even have a shuttle service between the office and Central Railway Station! I highly recommend this office space for its outstanding facilities and the remarkable friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Cannot fault them.The facilities at The Maltings are great and despite being busy, my work environment is relatively quiet and the tech facility worked well.The Maltings is my productive, empowering, and supportive sanctuary.Just a note to thank Space2B for their positive response to any issues - it’s really helpful to receive their amazing support!!Now the negatives....I cannot think of any.....Its a pleasure to be working here...

Fantastic and professional office set up. Plenty of parking and EV charging available for tenants.Great facilities on site and the staff are always welcoming with a smile!
