Micron Windows (Newmarket)

We had all our windows replaced. Great windows, exactly what we wanted. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up after themselves too. We would recommend this company to everyone. Really impressive work ethic

Excellent service, replaced all my failed glass units meaning the existing windows are now sound and weather proof. Cheaper than new windows and more environmentally friendly than chucking the whole lot into landfill

We had 3 new windows installed by Micron on 8th June 2021and from day one all of the windows failed to close properly, plus it was impossible to fully lock some fanlights. After several phone calls and emails a fitter from the Company visited on 4th October to remedy the problems. After spending some time adjusting windows things were not improved. After more phone call and emails an engineer from the window manufacturer, Unique Windows visited on 8th February this year and carried out some more adjustments. We were told that the hinges were in the wrong position throwing one particular window out of square! After 8 months the windows are now somewhat improved but still not as good as they should be.. Micron and Unique appear to be blaming each other! Would recommend or use Micron Windows again, No, not after this experience.Phil. Wade

We were going to contact Everest for a new Front Door. However a friend said try Micron Windows at Newmarket, so we rang up and arranged a time to look round their show area in Newmarket. We arrived and we were met with a friendly welcome by Julian Meakin who spent considerable time with us explaining all the options and helping us with the specification. Their quotation was very competitive and so we ordered the door. The installation was handled most efficiently and was completed earlier than their original stated lead time. All their staff were impressive, friendly and efficient. Even a last minute alteration that we requested was completed within a few days. No hesitation in recommending them.

Richard was very friendly and explained to me what the problem was. From raising a query to it being resolved was less than a week. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say it was the best customer experience in a long time. My windows were fixed with the fraction of the money that it would cost to install the new ones. Richard was supper helpful and made an additional fix on top of the agreed work. All nice and tidy. Advice was given how to maintain the windows. Guarantee of the job too. I am a super happy customer that will be returning for more jobs in the future. Thank you!

This is the 3rd time using Micron Windows. This time they replaced all the Gutters,Fascia Boards & Soffits (Ashley Road) in Newmarket Newmarket. The Quote came in with a very competitive price which we accepted. The work was carried out by 2 of their fitters to a very high standard and were both polite and tidy workers. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with the work they did. We would Highly recommend Micron Windows to anyone looking for a quality job at a competitive price.

Micron did come round to take a look at a door and window for us. we never received a quote from them after visiting. I chased them up twice and still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed as the chap who came was nice.

Came here for a window sill and got one with no problems for £20. Staff friendly and offered advice.
