Absolutely disgusting.

Bought a Kia Soul here everything on the car is damaged. Drive belt included and these con artists have refused to give me back my money even though legally required to do so! £2000 to fix the car and almost died on the highway. Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Please do not make the same mistake!I would give them no stars if I could.They have some good reviews on autotrader, which I now do not believe.Car was delivered, we were told it would be here between 8pm and 9pm was not delivered until 11pm. The car coolant light was flashing, it had no coolant cap and no coolant liquid at all.But even more importantly they did not give us the correct paperwork so we cannot tax the car or insure it!SO WE CANNOT DRIVE IT!!Customer service is awful!Brought through auto traderAVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It makes me cry that I didn’t read the reviews before buying from these people. Exact same story. They sold me a car for a very high price in the name of “fresh mot, clean MOT history, perfect running condition, 3 months warranty”. I got none of that . As soon as I bought it, it would not turn on straight away, the car door is filled with water, and within 2 weeks the check engine light came on. Same story, I called, they gave me the run around. Now I have to report them to trading spaces and take them to court :(It was a Peugeot 308

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scammers!I bought my car about 3yrs ago, and found lots of issues, including a seat belt and airbag issue which was only discovered when I was getting the MOT done! They advised that the car was not safe to be on the road and the safety measures would not have worked if I had an accident. Knowing this, they sold me the car without any warnings! I was also advised that the car had been in a collision in the past and was repaired very poorly hence the seatbelt and airbag issues and god knows how many more!I was driving this car around for almost a year without knowing this and thankfully wasn’t in any accidents which could have been a lot more serious!The car has been disposed of safely so it isn’t on the road anymore.These guys do not care about anyones safety and sell cars that should not be on the road!

We purchased a VW Golf 2 weeks ago. There was insistence that the car was in great condition for it's age. The day after we started noticing that the gear shifting seemed a bit off. We took this to a garage to get it looked at. The mechanic at the garage told us that the gearbox was damaged and it would cost us about £2,000 to repair (basically the cost of the car).
