DSS Heating and Plumbing

I have used DSS Heating and Plumbing for a number of years now.I have had them replace and service my boiler, retile a bathroom and attend to solve various minor plumbing issues over the years.DSS have been very willing to inform me when there have been better alternatives to what I requested, even when that results in a lower invoice value.They have also been very helpful when issues arise. The boiler I had installed was supplied new and turned out to have a manufacturing defect that rendered it inoperative a few months after install. DSS took on liasing with the manufacturer and we had a replacement installed quickly and without cost to us.Their staff have always been friendly, professional and patient with my sometimes chaotic back-and-forth with options when specifying jobs.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone.

We've used DSS twice, once to fix a complicated issue caused by another plumber (which they kindly resolved for us quickly) and another time to bleed our radiators, the tech was so efficient he managed to sort out two radiators which we thought were broken!I finally feel like we've found a company we can trust with Heating etc and will definitely use them going forward.
