The Audiology Room

I recently went to get a new set of ER/PRO plugs after my last ones had worn out. I originally went there back in 2009 and Nick Clive was the one who served/assisted me. He was there again being just as helpful and clear in the process and now the plugs are laser cut after the mold is made. I couldn't rate The Audiology Room more highly. Worth the investment for your ears protection.

I would recommend Nick Clive to anyone looking to both understand their hearing loss and trying to gain control of it. At all times friendly and professional, Nick was excellent at offering suggestions and solutions, even offering appropriate referrals when needed.

Nick has built up a great audioligy practice with excellent customer service. I have had hearing aids for over 20 years and dealt with a number of audiologists in that time. In my experience, I have to say that Nick is one of the best audiologists around. Nick has an extremely helpful and friendly approach. He explains the options available to you without any bias or pressure and then, once you have made your decision helps you get the best out of the aids. One of the most important aspects of an audiology service is how much support they provide after the initial purchase. In this area Nick and his team score top marks. He is always willing and importantly, able, to help with any issues that may arise. I look forward to using the services at Harley Street for a long time to come.
