Excellent in all respects. A lovely professional team who knew exactly what was needed, took great care, removed a generous covering of fine black cat hair and a nasty smell, leaving everything fresh and clean. Heavy furniture moved and replaced perfectly. All very efficient, no time wasted. Would thoroughly recommend.

Liviu and Lucian did an amazing work! Punctual, professional and fast. They cleaned all the stains on the carpets and were very careful to details. They were so kind to demonstrate the cleaning of the wood floor as well. They managed to reduce a bad stain from the floor that other cleaners classified as impossible to clean. Very happy with the service, definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the work that Chris and his team did on our specialist fabric ceiling: we had been told it was beyond repair after workmen stained it, and it was about to be ripped out and replaced at great expense and hassle. Chris has performed miracles for us before on carpets so we thought he was worth a try, and we are so glad we did: he is an absolute miracle worker and the ceiling looks as new. I had an overall outstanding experience with Prestige commercial carpet cleaning.The turn over for my initial quote was super fast which is always a plus especially working within a faced paced environment. I needed the job done and the quickest turn over possible and these guys ensured that they would give me just that!I spoke with Chris and he was such a delight to deal with. I called Prestige as I had a large, longstanding stain on my landing carpet and i had a rug that needed cleaning. This was a small job for Prestige but they were very happy to help out. They were quick, efficient and cleaned the carpet around the stain (and even cleaned another rug whilst there). Chris highlighted that our rug had a lot of colours and there was a risk of them running but recommended cleaning it anyway - we followed his advice and it came up beautifully. Our landing carpet also now looks as new. A really great job and great value. Very professional and polite I would recommend highly.Many thanks Chris and team.
