My experience with this company has always been great but Millicent really takes it to another level. She has been so informative and helpful while being friendly and keeping us comfortable at the same time. She really is an asset to this company and if I ever need to deal with a lettings agency again it will be this one and I will be requesting her as she had me moved in within a week! Almost unheard of ! Saved me loads of time and hassle never dealt with anything like it !!

Avoid this agency. No wonder they have 1 star on trustplot. The contract was completely messy and full of missing details. Both Liam and Freddy were totally incompetent to answer the questions we had. During a one year tenancy none of the complains were ever addressed properly. We had to wait for months for the repairs tk happen and even then, they did not fix the problem. The agency is useless and does not know anything about the apartment they advertise.

Dealt with both Liam Murphy-Bigley and Freddie Goddard, I must say i was very impressed with the level of professionalism from both. After being a frustrated landlord it was incredibly refreshing to be able to hand over the property and have it all sorted and rented properly within 4weeks. Will definitely recommend not only the office but Freddie and Liam, will be dealing with them both for any future rentals.
