Anca was great! She was very thorough and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything to me too and gave me follow up exercises to do. She has a lovely, calm manner and used the perfect amount of pressure during the massage. I will see her regularly and would definitely recommend her!

Anca was an absolute godsend when I pulled a muscle in my shoulder at the weekend. She was happy to give me an appointment within 90 minutes of me calling her and the treatment was first class.A very friendly and enthusiastic person who really makes you feel at ease. I had a great session with Anca after I experienced some hip and ankle pain after a run. She was full of great advice and the massage was fantastic. She worked on all the areas where I was feeling discomfort and I've had no pain since leaving (apart from the slight ache after a deep massage). Anca followed up with an email and a link to online exercises which she had recommended I do at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Anca, she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I had the sorest neck for 2weeks. After one session, my neck, back and shoulders felt new! I've been given some mobility exercises as well and would 100% recommend this service! :)

She provides you with an excellent quality service, whilst being very welcoming and understanding of your needs. She also gives in depth explanations as to why she does what she does and what exercises you can do to help yourself between appointments, including putting together a personal exercise plan with video instructions through a very useful website.5/5 Would thoroughly recommend!

Anca was very friendly and her treatment room was clean and comfortable. We started with a consultation and she was able to tell what was wrong with my back just from the way I moved my arms - amazing!She is very knowledgeable, has an excellent manner and checked regularly that the pressure applied was not too sore.The follow up exercises emailed were in my inbox before I even got home and are extremely clear and not a hassle to work into your day.I would not hesitate to return to, or recommend, Anca.
