Despite repeated requests to collect a skip and hollow promises that it 'will be collected without fail today' ,it took over 2 weeks of constant phoning before finally being picked up.I won't be recommending this company.

We were let down by a skip company and rang Wye Valley the skip arrived just after 6.30 the following morning. The lady on the phone was fantastic and all the lady who delivered the skip. Explaining the best way for us to fill it up. We had arranged to get it picked up three days later but filled it by mid afternoon the first day. Quick call to say it was full and they were here the following morning to collect. Thank you fantastic service would recommend Wye Valley Skips.

we booked a skip and paid for it on the bookingwhen the driver came to drop it off walked up the drive and rang the bellbefore i could answer he was halfway down the drive with hands in his pockets he turned said he couldn't deliver the skip as the drive was too narrowand would contact the office and let us know what was happening we looked out andhe drove off and didn't returnhe was slovenly and careless attiude don't think he is a good represantation for the company

Dont use these they dont care about there workers get agency workers to work for cheap aswell as it still being asbestoes in the buidling after being surveyed apprently aswell as i was hitting an asbestoes aib board all week dont work for these while the lazy supervisor stayed in the van all day long not having a clue then saying to me dont worry its not the nasty stuff will be reporting further also with picture proof of asbestoes in building and lazy supervisor in van all day long
