It was 11 Raebum to Foster square trip at around 4pm. Courtesy computer read accustomed to Yorkshire accent, the vehicle was missent to a nearby place. But on contact the gentleman had the courtesy to take a detour and be with me.The dedicated service of Mr A Zeb is highly appreciated.Thank you

I used to always call taxis from Local for myself and my shop's customers, 6 years of repeat use. The driver's are great, but lately the dispatchers can't be bothered to answer calls, lie about wait times when you finally get through and most recently - don't even bother to book the taxi anyway. 40 minute wait for one of my customers today, only to be told the job wasn't logged in the first place. Don't bother, use UBER instead.

We are visiting Bradford from London for a wedding and both drivers ( there and back ) were very nice, the guy on the return journey was very friendly and chatty.We ended up using the same company four times in the same day and every single driver was polite and friendly.Definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely disgusting! I’m 21 years old. Been to a family party for the night. Slightly tipsy but bare-able. Taxi driver threatened to let me out of the car 4 times. Had me in tears!! Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER EVER use again!!!

Just arrived back LBA after a lovely holiday in Majorca. Taxi not here. Had sent text, confirming arrival. They had to find another driver, as the one we paid for the full round trip, at the time of our departure, as well as providing our return flight details, had somehow managed not to put it in his schedule. Not great as now sat waiting for another driver to travel across town in the busy rush hour traffic.

Returned home to find one of your taxi drivers partially parked in my disabled spot. Waited in front of him to move with my reverse lights on but he just starred at me so I started to reverse into the spot to get as much of my car into the box as possible until he horned at me.I switched my engine off and got out to go home at which point he shouted at me that don't block me in. I pointed at the disabled bay and said that he was blocking a disabled spot to which he very rudely shouted back, If you'd have used your common sense and told me to move

Requested car with large boot due to having a wheelchair and luggage.First vehicle that arrived, the driver was doubtful his car would cope and requested a larger vehicle.Second driver was very nice.
