This pub has a great vibe and good customer service. But the security sucks. They physically handle the customers in a very bad way. The way they handle and look at the customers was embarrassing. That was very rude. This is not me reviewing this but on behalf of my group of friends who felt the same.

This place was disgusting. The customer service by the manager was appalling. We waited 49 minutes for a a drink and the manager wouldn’t even give us a reasonable excuse for the wait. The bouncers were the only reason we would give this a star as they were nice enough to not kick us out with force. Absolutely disgraceful by the manager.

This place is shocking. The only good things about this venue are the security and the event manager. All DJs avoid at all costs; you'll be asked to leave whether you will play the type of music the manager wants.

Apparently there's two prices for the student deals there was going on depending on the level(floor) we were at. Which says a lot about the management. If your employees are off duty, maybe kindly ask them to leave the premises or don't actually help out in the bar, because people might think they're actually working. The manager/supervisor was pretty unaware of her employees who were pricing the drinks all differently, this is hospitality, don't work here if you don't think you're fit for the job or you can't take it. Pretty unprofessional I would say, working in the hospitality industry myself. If you can't take the pressure don't work there, easy. I don't know the the employees names, but might have other stuff that might be helpful.
