DGN Gas Boiler & Cylinder Installation

Great job and superb customer service, explained everything and provided options with no pressure, had a new boiler supplied and fitted and very happy!

I recently hired Ravinder and team to undertake a power flush on the radiators at my home and would have no reservations in recommending him to others.The price quoted by Ravinder seemed competitive but the main factor that led me to giving him the job was that with a large scale extension/renovation in mind he was willing to spend time to discuss my long term goals/needs even with the outcome of those discussion resulting in a smaller amount of work for him. He also had a decent amount of knowledge on niche products like heat pumps which shows he is in keeping with the modern homeowners requirements.Throughout my engagements with Ravinder I’ve observed him to be a calm and measured individual who carries out his business activities with integrity. This was made evident by Ravinder promptly returning a few days after the power flush was undertaken to rectify a problem I had with the boiler and managing to fix on the spot and without any further charge.5 stars!

The guys from DGN Gas were great. We needed them to replace a megaflo. They were very courteous and respectful as well as being clean and tidy. They completed the job as requested and made sure everything was working well afterwards.Highly recommend.

We used DGN Gas a couple of months ago so thought I'd leave a quick review. We had ongoing problems with our boiler. We tried some other engineers but none of them fixed the problem. We called DGN Gas and they arrived within 20 minutes. They were professional from the very start, explained the issue and talked us through all our options, giving the advantages and disadvantages of both so booked them to fix the boiler the following evening. We got updates throughout the day about when they had picked up the parts to fix the boiler and they arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Within half an hour, they had resolved the issue! At one point, we had to call them back and again, they arrived promptly to sort the issue - we were very impressed! In short, fantastic customer service, great depth of knowledge to fix all boiler problems and very fairly priced! We will definitely use DGN Gas for any future work!

DGN gas services were very efficient and prompt in doing my Annual Boiler Service. The price was very competitive and level of service was impeccable. Ravi is wonderful, very polite, calm and patiently explained all the steps that take place during the service (as this was our very first Annual service). Great job overall, and will see DGN yearly from now onwards for our boiler servicing.

Top guys, Ravinder and his team came out and swapped out my tenants boiler in an emergency call out, carried out a full power flush and installed a new boiler with a smart thermostat! Happy with the job.
