I like this shop. Lots of stuff in many sections and my kid loves it even more as they have crafts, DIY, sweets, pet supplies etc. Also was the only place I could get a particular product a few weeks ago which saved a project.And it seems there are people who know what is going to happen to our rural economy once the tax dodgers have got their way with our EU membership which made me smile.

Prices are always messed up. Bought xmas ribbons to be charged a price that didn't even exist when browsing. Manager didn't honour the price shown and made us show him where we found this ribbon even though the staff had already checked and couldn't find the price. Said he can meet us half way on the price, are we just making prices up now? Such hassle for a ribbon and manager to be proven wrong

Clan shop lots of competitively priced items. Bought quite a bit there. Cafe clean. Good food. Pleasant staff.

Have lots to choose from, only draw back was most of the things they sell is either over priced compared to B&M who stock quite a lot of same items but cheaper. They have quite a few tills but only 2 staff serving when there was a que and staff standing talking in Ailes. Would go again but only if I couldn't find better or cheaper and was desperate.

I’m very disappointed with the 14 day refund/exchange which is far short of period given by other retailers. My daughter purchased a picture frame but when she got it home it was the wrong size. As she was unable to return it I waited for her to find the receipt not knowing that they only offered 14days and presuming that I wouldn’t be able to exchange it for the bigger one without it. I visited the store in Newark but they were unable to help. very disappointed especially as I wanted to buy more of them. Not an experience I wish to repeat

Good range of products (if you’d pardon the pun). But the situation at the tills is laughable. Maybe I time it unlucky with my visits but been coming over 5 years and every time I seem to spend longer queuing than browsing. Lots of staff on the customer service section stood around not knowing what to do looking stressed out whilst people are stood queuing. At this point I just find it amusing and I know what to expect.

Went here as I live in Lincoln but they didn’t have in stock what I needed I called the Newark branch and spoke to a lady called (joy) and wow what customer service to who ever reads this from the branch if your her manager please never let her go she truly is a credit to your store absolutely fantastic customer service all I can say is joy ! Thankyou for all your help you made my journey a pleasure !
