I’m a fan of the trainee hair cuts. The price fits my budget and I still have a saloon experience! Plus the trainee guys get to play on my hair as I don’t mind the occasional haircut mishaps! ☺️☺️

Do not go to charlie miller Stafford st. Abbie Miller cut my hair and it was the worst cut ever. She did not listen to what I wanted just did what she thought was best. She is meant to be a salon stylist yet she can't do a simple cut. Really upset me. Then they were so rude when I told them I did not like my haircut. They obviously don't care about clients just about how much much money they are making.

This is my second time coming to Charlie miller, first time with Rozthen with Karyn.I am not fan of hairdressers but I feel so comfortable and at ease here. Everyone is really lovely and helpful. I didn’t catch the the name of the young girl who washed my hair but she was lovely and I am sure will go on to be a fantastic hairdresser. Definitely my new hairdressers. Thanks again for my new cut and colour I love it.

I had an appointment for the student discount booked but the reception staff called me to inform sadly the person who had to do it had to self isolate for a few days. Even though I would not get my hair done by the person who usually does the hair for student discount the staff told me that I can still get my hair done and still get the student discount.I was almost late due to traffic and some issues on the road for my appointment thought and I could have only been late up to 10 min (was informed by staff). Understandable as staff is busy and has other appointments but luckily i made it and the experience I had was very professional and did not take too long whereas it would usually take out my whole day to get the same service done with other hair salons. The staff was very friendly and had a nice coffee treat whist waiting for the bleach to do its job. Even though another hairdresser took booked appointment for another stylist due to the other one isolating I received an excellent and professional experience where I saw my hair was really taken care of and the person knew what she was doing.I would like to thank the staff for giving me an excellent, fun, friendly and professional experience and I cannot wait to see everyone again in 8 weeks.

Karyn did a great job on my haircut, she was lovely. The salon is very nice and the hair wash was relaxing.
