It was value for money and the staff were kind but the brand new TV didn't work! Maybe they will offer me a discount next time. If it wasn't for the TV I would have given 5*. I'm sure all the other TV's worked aans and they are big flat screen so cheaper and nicer than Travelodge or premier Inn

The best hotel I have ever had as an actor and student. the staff are so helpful , and nice . It is a great location , the beds are so comfy . The room is perfect size if you are traveling solo . I would come back time and time again and it is a great price when it comes to the west end in London

We had a lovely stay, the team made a huge fuss of our little girl for her birthday!The only bit that was a real shame we had booked a family room, but the AC was broken and we moved rooms after our first night to a queen room. It had a beautiful view and the team were really open about the situation and worked really hard to resolve the issue.Thank you for a lovely stay!

TV : didn't work (no signal). AC : barely worked ( been on at 16C all night, I'm still lying on the bed with no clothes on feeling warm. It was cooler outside but the windows are sealed shut.).My room was for 4people. Assuming that 3 of them are happy to be in bed while the other gets dressed. I felt crowded on my own. First time I've seen a double bunk bed!Do not kid yourself this is a cheap alternative to a more expensive hotel. It's a cheap hotel.Receptionist was cheerful though. And the location is fine if you need to be here. If you don't, it isn't.No traffic noise but incessant hum from ac units outside.

Location is the biggest asset. Fleet street is beautiful, has lots of cafés, it is close to the tube, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Service is pretty good, and people at the front desk are kind. The problem is that the room is too small, and there is no privacy: bathroom walls are almost transparent. In the shower the water's temperature does not stay constant, which is annoying. The bed is also not very comfortable, and it makes a very loud noise at the slightest movement. Finally, he upper bed of the bunk bed does not much of the AC, and it stays pretty hot. In summary, there are many pros and some cons. I would not stay again at the hotel, but I can see it working for some groups.

Had to stay here as other hotels nearby were over our expenses policy on the day. Was aware that the room was windowless but wasn't expecting it to be so tiny. While modern the room felt quite an unpleasant place to be with harsh lighting and a very small work area. Also had a bad night's sleep due to the noise of water trickling through pipes all night. Breakfast is continental only at an additional £13.95 and is quite limited, the only fresh fruit being whole apples for example. Overall disappointing and wouldn't stay again given the choice.

The room was fine but small and a bit warm. It was very clean, though, and the location almost perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very much as advertised.If you are on a budget but want to stay in central London, it's fine. Money will get you a larger room nearby, but I can't really fault this one.

Great hotel if you want something central London and is nice but basic. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well laid out for something compact.Breakfast wasn't included in my booking but cost £11.95 for an all you could eat continental style breakfast.There isn't a restaurant as such but they have a small cafe/bar where they do pizza, meat platter etc and this can be eaten in or taken away.It was approx 10-15 minutes walk from Farringdon tube station/Elizabeth line and about 10 minutes from Chancery lane and a short walk from St Paul's.
