Angela has been amazing! I am currently in a chain with Emsleys clients and regrettably the solicitors have been un-cooperative. Angela has really driven this whole chain along this week and I and the rest of the chain are really grateful. When Angela has said she will call back she has done without fail and kept the whole chain totally informed on any progress that has/hasn’t happened. Viewed a overpriced home that needs a full renovation.Not had a surveyAn trying too sell with planning permission that no longer exists.I got a call from the estate agent an asked for feed back on the property and what I’d offer,To then have them arguing with me too the point I said I’m not interested.I will not buy or sell any houses threw them ever due too this.If the house was worth the money it wouldn’t of been on the market for the last 5 years. If it was such good value for money the person who was arguing over the phone should buy itZoopla valued it at the offer I was willing too give yet they want double.Been unrealistic. Should of put the offer forward an not got emotionally involved an arguing too the point where i withdrew.Viewing team was great, an the only reason I’m not giving a 1star

First time selling my house, and Emsleys made it so easy!Appointment to take photos of the house and measure up for the listing was booked so quickly. Emma Batson did a brilliant job! My house went onto the market within 24 hours! 24 hours later, and I've had 7 viewings booked in.Sammi acted as our go-to person for arranging viewings, forwarding offers, and communicating with buyers. The fact that I could get a hold of someone really quickly if I had a question, really helped settle any nervousness I had around the process.Emsleys are an incredibly effective, professional and genuinely caring team, and I'm so grateful for how they handled the process for me.
