Would not reccomend, I have a white ford and they completely scammed me, first of all they forgot to put three important screws for my timing belt in which caused a horrible noise!! And had to go back three times to fix it with rude service and long waiting times. Then I paid to have a major service, took it to another mechanic afterwards for a diagnostic and it shows they never changed my oil/brake pad fluid and coolant, completely revoulted by such business tactics. I am 100% certain I am reviewing the right place I've seen your photos and not getting confused with another business, the fact that you say that after my review says enough. I have also checked and most of your 5 star ratings are spam and self made, i am not providing a invoice number because I will not like any further assistance from you guys even if it's free of charge, please under no circumstance take your car here!!

Took the car for an MOT and the consequent work that needed doing. Initially they seemed fair and trustworthy, they quoted around £500 for the parts and labour. They took 3 weeks to fix my car, it was a big job however after getting a second opinion this is much longer than it needed to take. This caused lots of inconvenience - having to miss work and pay around £100 in taxis. Communication was poor, we had to phone up several times to get updates and we’re just told ‘it should be the next few days’ every time. I received a call on Friday saying the car was ready to collect “anytime”. We asked how much it was going to be and they said it would be the price quoted (Approx £500). I went on Saturday morning and then they told me that they actually weren’t done, the MOT hadn’t been completed and so I needed to come back later. They then also told me it was going to cost £745. Where has this extra £200+ come from overnight? We expressed we were unhappy and we were refunded £30, but this does nothing to help the extra £200+ cost added to the bill and the times we have had to pay for taxis and miss work due to not having the car. When visiting the garage we also noticed that the majority of staff members were smoking while in the workshop and working on cars. This seems incredibly dangerous and unprofessional.

Kash and the team provide a great, speedy, quality service and provide honest, open insight into problems and safe solutions should there be constraints on your budget. Their prices are also very good. On the very rare occasions I've ever had issues with work they've carried out, they've gone out of their way to rectify as a matter of urgency, on one occasion driving to London to fix my car to prevent me being stranded. If only all other garages were as conscientious and honest. I admire their work ethic and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the only guys I trust to look after my vehicles and from me, they get 5 stars every time. Well done guys.

I saw a car for sale in Birmingham which I wished to purchase but car had limited history and receipts. As it was a high mileage car I wanted the cambelt to be changed before I set off home with the car (over 100 miles).As I am not local I had no idea which garage to use but ultimately booked based on who was available to do the work at short notice + Google reviews. I had already ordered the parts for the job so was also looking for garages that work with customer supplied parts.Can honestly say I have never been treated with as much respect and with such honesty from mechanics before. Generally they can come across condescending due to a layman's lak of knowledge and despite there being an issue with the cambelt kit which I supplied, they called me in to show me the issue and let me decide how to proceed. Despite the defective part causing a delay of over an hour, I wasn't charged a penny more than the quoted price despite me offering to pay for the time. (my fault as defect was with part I supplied)
