Rubbish , never open. Went in today and a guy not happy because he went in this morning and it was shut but was told it would open at 12.00. He went in at 12.30 and was told by the girl she said 2.00 which was a lie. An old woman behind him went in and also was told to go back at twelve. She walks in just after him and because it's still closed can't draw money out to buy food. When are the post office going to take it out of this dump of a co-op and put it in a place where the staff care about the customers and OPEN ??

Took a parcel in with a return label today and cashier told me she couldn't return it as she didn't have any cellotape to stick label on with nor was there any in the shop to sell to me. Outstanding!!

This place just makes up there own opening times, hardly ever open the times they advertise. Absolutely useless post office, avoid and got to the village one instead!!

Shocking opening hours, never open at random times of the day, been alot over the last few years and always closed, not another one near, so it is vital that they keep their hours consistent to their ones displayed online

Never open when it supposedly should be! Need to return items of an evening due to working 9-5 and just told ‘not sure’ when asking when they will be back open. Terrible service.

Absolute joke of a post office! Tried 6 times to send a parcel never open!!! Have told them how many times I’ve tried to send this parcel and they couldn’t care less! They told me to try somewhere else which wasn’t even open!! Why advertise a service and opening times if you never stick to them! I went in at a time when nobody was in the shop and there was 2 staff working and they point blank told me they wouldn’t open it even though I can only get there at a certain time during work! Shocking customer service the only person who is nice in that shop is the young guy who doesn’t hesitate to help where he can! Joke!

Constantly closed at random times throughout the day. At 9am it was closed at 10.40am it was closed and at 3pm it was closed. The cardboard box they prop up is getting old now.Needs closing due to its inconsistency and reopened somewhere else.
