Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental, Heathrow Airport

The guys at Arnold Clark Heathrow (Ash & Ali) were so helpful and knowledgeable. I was stuck in Heathrow having had two flights cancelled on successive days and my airline unable to offer any other options but stay in a hotel until a flight could be booked however there was the real possibility of cancellation or delay on the third day as well. So as I was staying in the Radission Blu I noticed the Arnold Clark branch across the road and went in on the off-chance they might be able to help with a rental car.I had no prior booking but they understood the problem and offered several options all explained very simply and precisely.After a short discussion we agreed a car and after a quick pack of my bags in the hotel across the street I was very quickly on my way thankfully leaving the chaos of Heathrow behind.The two lads in the office couldn't have been more helpful even though I walked in off the street with no prior booking and they really did help - they were a credit to the Arnold Clark organisation.

Simply the most honest and well managed rental company. I used the Heathrow pick up branch was picked up by the shuttle on time. Car was nice, everything was explained and drop back to Airport was right on time. Shout to Ola, Maxine, Kadeisha and Alex for being courteous, kind and customer oriented. Great experience, I highly recommend them with all my heart.

After having a negative experience with other hire car companies earlier in my trip, I really wanted to find a hire car company I could trust that wouldn’t add extra stress to my holiday. And Arnold Clark was exactly that!!!They certainly lived up to the 5 star rating for me as the experience was easy from start to finish. The staff were informative and helpful, the car was exactly what I booked and I really enjoyed using it, and drop-off was seamless. Plus, the free shuttle service to and from Heathrow was super efficient. Thank you Arnold Clark for a great experience! I would definitely recommend using this company and will be using it again for future trips.

We definitely recommend Arnold Clark and their team especially Ali and Ash. The car was brand new, great to drive and the hire was a reasonable price. The best car hire company we have used. We received great service from Arnold Clark on our UK visit - especially when we had to shorten our trip due to a work cancellation (we’re musicians and our tour was cancelled). Staff member named Ash was particularly professional and helpful over the phone and when we returned the car. He made us feel like the company is trustworthy and we will definitely use again.
