Have delayed writing this until our purchase was in regular use.We bought a Mini from Hollywood.Can only say that everything about this garage was a pleasure.From Ryan's cheery manner and helpfulness, to making sure the car was ready and fully serviceable everything was as good as you could wish for.The car has been faultless since delivery and continues to be a reliable car and excellent value for the price paid.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bought a 2016 DS4 1.6L diesel from them on 26/4/23. The car looked and drove well. a six month warranty was given with the car.3 weeks ago, a number of lights appeared on the dash, indicating some emissions problem, one stated that the engine would fail to start in 650 miles. They would not reset, so took it back to Jeff, who looked at it and told me it was something to do with the AdBlue system and because it was on the exhaust system it is not covered by the warranty. I contacted an auto electronics firm and they came out to me at home. After a number of tests and checks told me he would have to come back with another piece of kit and the ECU would have to be removed to cure it.He duly returned and I watched him remove the ECU and sorted the problems out. The ECU was then reinstalled and reset.It has run perfectly with no lights appearing since.This cost me £325.My message to you, if you are buying a vehicle with a warranty isTHEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON!

A very friendly welcoming team. I found my experience a pleasant one , Ryan was polite and made my husband and I felt comfortable and at ease , there was no pressure to sell to us and he was very informative and gave great customer service. I would highly recommend Hollywood motors if your a looking for good quality cars as this is my second purchase from them I will definitely return in the future if I'm in need of a new car.Angie

I have been after an asx for awhile and found hollywood motors had this oneRyan was brilliant sent Me videos and even kindly talk me through Snapchat (austic) so i could see videos of the car he even point out a tiny ding and couple of chips which he also kindly removedAsif kindly delivered it to me and he such a lovely came with me on the test drive talk me through how to operate the car as am used to a 11 plate 207The car it self it amazing drive perfectly it smooth and comfortableMy dogs also have plenty of room in the backDefinitely can't recommend Ryan and Asif enoughSo thank u very much hollywood motors
