As well as being an incredibly talented photographer, Ben is just a pleasure to spend time with. Ben was the photographer for our wedding and has since done three family sessions over the years. None of us are generally very keen on having our photos taken, but each session is such good fun and the photos are just perfect. Ben has the incredible ability to capture everyone’s personality and always manages to spot the most intimate or funny moments that we would usually miss. He has been used by so many of our friends and family, and everyone always comments on how good his photos are. We wouldn’t ever use anybody else!

Couldn’t recommend this lovely gentleman more! Communication pre wedding was on point. The most important thing however… the photos and experience on the wedding day. Which was 10/10. Ben made everything feel so natural and it felt like we had a friend shoot at our wedding. Professionalism, punctuality and sense of security that not many service providers in general offer you. Hand on heart we recommend Ben’s services to anyone!

From the first call we had with Ben to discuss our wedding, we could tell he was the right photographer for us.We had seen the moments Ben had captured for the weddings of other couples and we couldn’t wait to see how he captured ours. His style of photography has a nostalgic beauty to it that we particularly love.Ben’s calm demeanour and considered decision making left us knowing we were in great hands. He took the time to understand what was important to us and how we pictured our day. All of Ben’s suggestions in response to our ideas were spot on. It felt like we were working together which was really exciting.Ben’s advice and communication in the build up to the day was perfectly delivered. We never had any worries. Every email was answered promptly, every question (and there were many!) was responded to enthusiastically. Ben has also been brilliant since the wedding too, providing a breathtaking selection of preview photos just 48 hours after our wedding day.When Ben arrived on the day of the wedding, we felt immediately at ease. Neither of us enjoy ‘having our photo taken’ in social settings. We were a little nervous about how it might feel- whether our photos would look natural and comfortable.We needn’t have worried.Ben’s direction and calming presence left us able to enjoy the process and lean into it. The portrait photos Ben took before the ceremony are so special, we really feel he captured us truthfully in our interactions- as well as photographing the nuances of our outfits- the flowers and our unconventional shoe choices…We very carefully curated our venue choices- from where we got ready to the ceremony and the reception, based partly on aesthetics and the backdrops they created for the day. Each of the three venues Ben captured so beautifully. He really ‘got it’ and our photos take us right back to these locations, telling a beautiful story of the day.The narrative of the entire day is held within these photos, we couldn’t have ever imagined the atmosphere and spirit of the day could be so poignantly captured in such a wide variety of photos.Our mission now is to fill our very small flat with as many photos as we can!!!!We truly couldn’t recommend Ben highly enough. We’ll never tire of looking through our wedding photos.Thank you so very much Ben. Your work really is something special.

Ben did the most fantastic job of capturing our Wedding day! He was incredibly easy to have around and really set us at ease with both the formal photographs and the portraits. I didn't know it was possible to capture the feeling of the day so well in photographs. Every time we look at them they take us back to the day and fill us with joy! I really cannot recommend Ben enough and we are so happy to have the pictures to treasure and look back on.

Ben was such a pleasure to work with on our wedding day - he was so easy going and friendly and managed to capture such beautiful moments. My husband and I were hoping for relaxed candid shots, and Bens delivered just that. We couldn’t recommend Ben more highly!! Thank you once again, Ben.

We are so incredibly happy that we were recommended and introduced to Ben through friends of ours, and were absolutely delighted with the fantastic photographs he took of our wedding day (ceremony, mini “formal” photo shoot post-ceremony, and wedding reception).Not only did Ben capture all the joy and happiness of the day, he was also a real pleasure to have around and everyone commented on his easy-going and charming nature. It's taken a while to write this review as there was so much to say and where to start?! We found Ben's work on instagram and were immediately blown away by his approach to wedding photography but nothing could have prepared us for receiving our own pictures! Wow! Working in a creative field, it was very important to me to find a photographer that encapsulated us and our style and approach to the day and we will forever be grateful that we chose Ben as our photographer, it was the best decision we could have made.Ben is not only an incredibly talented photographer and artist but also a wonderfully kind and calm person to have with you on your wedding day. We had so many comments from our family and friends about how lovely he was. From the beginning of our planning process Ben embraced our thoughts and ideas and over zoom chats and a pre-wedding shoot he really made our wedding pictures feel like a collaborative process and we had so much trust in his expertise and skill but also his genuine and personal approach to wanting to get to know us as a couple.Looking at the pictures we are still (3 months later) completely awe-struck and can't believe how much Ben has captured from the day. We chose Ben to be our photographer because we looked through his photos of other weddings and, in addition to beautiful and dramatic scenic shots with amazing lighting, we felt that we could read the personality of the people and the day and that each set was completely unique - he did not disappoint for ours either. Ben was a fantastic photographer for our wedding. He was patient and calm, great fun and put everyone at their ease. In fact, we barely saw him and yet he managed to capture every special, sweet and hilarious moment, between us and also of so many of our guests. We loved having him on board and are delighted with the results. Would definitely recommend Ben to anyone.

I really cannot praise Ben highly enough. Ben is an amazingly talented photographer and genuinely one of the nicest guys. He shot photos for our engagement and made us feel really at ease and got some beautiful, natural photos as a result. At the wedding, everyone commented how nice, easy going and unobtrusive he was. When the photos came out, we couldn't have been happier - Ben managed to capture all the big moments and little details that we have loved looking back over again and again - it feels like we're reliving the day. We have got a ton of compliments from friends and family too. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a wedding photographer :)
