Took Daisy (9 yr old bichon) here for her first groom following surgery. She was treated with kindness, and gentleness. She came out looking and smelling beautiful. I would definitely recommend this groomer. Will be back xx

Friendly and very experienced. My dog is not the easiest to be clipped, and they are extremely patient with him. Very happy with them, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Couldn’t recommend these girls enough. Have trusted them for years with my furbaby and that’s saying something about my sassy, fussy girl!! Never had any problems and they always give the best advice❤️

I wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever, I don’t usually bother with reviews but I took my boy here as a shih Tzu they matte extremely easily and I’d explained to them beforehand that he was well overdue this groom, however no groomer has ever had an issue with grooming him in a timely manner. It took them 3 hours to shave his body alone, it had taken them so long to do that, that he was extremely uncomfortable and became agitated when they tried to do his face so I was told to pick him up after 3 hours and pay the full £40 cost of grooming him, I was asked to come back the following Saturday so that they could finish his head however I was unable to make it due to personal circumstances and I messaged them the same day to apologise and offered to pay them even more money to have this finished and never received a reply. I want to know what they were doing to my dog for 3 solid hours. I also would like to know why he came back to me smelling like sweat? I actually cannot explain that it’s just disgusting. 100% would never pay for such an awful service again.

What a horrible experience.....took my 5 month old puppy for a cut....got there after 2 hours to be told not ready so came back 20 mins later still not ready. Being told it's because my puppy bites n is aggressive n rules the house at home!!!! How do they know!!!! Plus my dog is a puppy sirely they are trained in how to hamdle dogs.The hair cut given was indescribable absolute horrendous. Was the person even qualified if she was she should be ashamed of the service given.....Worst service n dog groomersAVOID

Fabulous treatment for our little Yorkie. She came out looking beautiful. nothing was too much trouble. Rose was cut exactly as we requested and smelling beautiful. Thank you very much. would definitely highly recommend.
