I've had smpu top and bottom eyeliner this evening. Bethan is very professional but she put me at ease within minutes. She explained the procedure fully whilst applying a numbing gel. Once she began I can honestly say it was not painful, maybe a bit ticklish but not painful. I even joked that I'd rather be there than at the dentist. Bethan checked and checked again the symmetry of each eye. The results are amazing. I thoroughly recommend Bethan and will definitely be a returning client.

Bethan combines her warm, friendly personality with her professionalism effortlessly. Bethan is a perfectionist and takes great care with the treatments she provides. Following a recommendation for Bethan's work, I had SPMU on my eyebrows last weekend and am extremely pleased with the results. Bethan is really dedicated to her work and took a lot of time to ensure all the ground work was done to get the look I desired, keeping me informed of what she was doing along the way. I am in my 50's so didn't want a strong dark block-style brow and Bethan understood that and delivered exactly what I hoped for, emphasising areas where I had over plucked over the years, and also giving a great colour to them. I can really see the individual hairs she has worked in with the machine and the whole procedure was very enjoyable, painless and informative. Going to think about MESO next.Thanks Bethan!
