Got told he was happy to turn up for a quote one afternoon at a house I was purchasing. Rang him several times on the day, several texts, even email, no response to any. Didn't even bother to reply with an excuse. Wasted an afternoon of our prospective sellers so that went down well. Absolute cowboy it seems
