One of several parking spaces in the forest that you can use as the starting point for a walk. Beware there have been thefts from cars while they are left unattended.

Convenient location, easy to park up and go out for a walk, you do have to be careful of the surface as there are some big holes, I have a fairly low car and can make it in fine. I just have to take a different route to most people, being further over to one side.

Love this location the Ashdown Forest but it's almost impossible to drive into the car park because of the huge dangerous holes especially when filled with rainwater so you cannot tell how deep theyare

Lovely place to walk across wild heath land, then down the valley to a stream on the edge of a large forest. Dogs like it too.

Loads of space and great view if you don't want to get out of the car. New parking charges on Ashdown Forest (to help upkeep) - one payment covers a visit to any/all the car parks. Good value.

Great car park to walk in Ashdown Forest. You car park with a campervan or a motorhome or a horse box, but you cannot park overnight.
